We had a number of these clear 7" EPs made as promotional items for the "Perspex Capitalism" compilations earlier in the year. Most of them went to radio folks or DJs but we found TWO copies during an office tidy before Christmas. Mostly we'd sent out CD-r's of the album or mp3's so these are RARE.

We'd put "Pool Phase", "Hashisch Scene", "Signals" and "Raga, Mai '68" together on one 7" clear lathe cut EP, and they're such a cool little thing. Also a handy DJ 45. Wish we'd done more!

The cost of having them made and delivered to us plus the customs & import duties is high, then add on the PayPal and Bandcamp fees and we really are making no profit on these whatsoever, although life's not all about profit and loss and money is so transient anyway, it doesn't matter :)

Each copy comes in a hand-stamped Dime bag and protective PVC sleeve.

Once these are gone, that's IT they are solid gone. These were never meant to be made available and we thought we'd sent them all out, but turns out we were wrong (and just have a very untidy office!)

These EPs are the only way to get "Pool Phase" and "Signals" on a 7" again, and probably the only time that "Raga, Mai '68" will appear on a 7". Don't sleep!

"Perspex Capitalism" is a compilation album by multi-national, psychedelic funk collective, Inner Space Quartet, of their first four 45's, three of which are out of print and now command high prices among collectors. Added to these are two tracks that were recorded for Soho Radio, two dub versions of singles tracks, and a pair of outtakes from the band's debut album proper, expected in 2024.

Performers on this album include: Lee Skelly (Discodor, The Prescriptions), Aaron Fletcher (The Bees, 77:78), Shawn Lee (Young Gun Silver Fox, Shawn Lee's Ping Pong Orchestra), Marc Zeriat, Leila Khaloub, Michael Stuart (The Prescriptions, The Mike Lee Sound), Snuffy Miller and Isabelle Monier.

Instead of spending €50 on Discogs for preowned copies of the band's early lathe cut 45s, enjoy them all here, plus 6 bonus tracks, at a super bargain price, like it was 1980 again or something. The CDs are super limited edition and once they're gone, they are gone. It's very unlikely they will see a repress.
