"Discotheque Blues" is the second solo album by Brother Lee (aka Lee Skelly from Discodor, The Prescriptions, The Peas, Inner Space Quartet, Shawn Lee's Ping Pong Orchestra, etc).

It was mostly recorded over 3 days on a Tascam 244 cassette 4-track machine at a friends apartment in southern France, whilst in between addresses. Then later, another day was spent on Hammond and pedal steel overdubs and Lee's second album in 7 months was completed. Using one Radio Shack mic for everything, you know it's gonna be a little lo-fi, but it's warm and everything on the album is where you'd need it to be.
